Under the ambitious eyes of his sons Raul and Rich, the company expanded out of its humble beginnings into a facility where machines hummed alongside workers, each pressing and baking tortillas destined to win over hearts far beyond Colorado.

Real de Oaxaca

Real de Oaxaca

The story of Real de Oaxaca starts in Santiago Matatlan Oaxaca, where Gregorio Santiago spent his formative years. He sources quality ingredients and products with the highest standards imported directly from Oaxaca like the Tlayuda, considered a classic street food in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a 100% Organic large thin, crispy corn tortilla that is baked on a comal or wood grill. It is often served open face like a pizza. The rules for topping Tlayudas are not strict and we do take some liberties!
